I have been asked many questions about EV training. So I am going to make video tutorials on how to EV train with ease.
In this video it will show all the supplies you need to EV train.
CHART:
Vitamins:
Carbos - +10 Speed EVs
Protien - +10 Attack EVs
Calcium - +10 Special Attack EVs
Iron - +10 Defense EVs
Zinc - +10 Special Defense EVs
HP UP - +10 HP EVs
(All vitamins can be purchased at Veilstone Dept. Store)
POWER ITEMS:
Power Anklet - Speed
Power Bracer - Attack
Power Lens - Special Attack
Power Belt - Defense
Power Band - Special Defense
Power Weight - HP
(All Power Items can be purchased at Battle tower prize exchange for 16 bp each)
Macho Brace:

Well my freind had an ar when he came over so i just pu all of them on my game to make these vids, but i normally just fight more pokes and skip all the vitamins
