I caught this tornado NW of Fort Supply, OK on May 23, 2008. The tornado lasted about 10 minutes (about 5 of that roping out) and was rated EF-3 from the damage it did to some of the widely spaced houses in that area. As I drove east after the tornado disappaited I came across two farm houses that had been hit. I drove into a downed powerline hanging across the road as I was looking at the houses (that was kinda scary). The diesal engine you hear is a friend of that family and informed me they were not home. I stayed till the family returned and EOC/Police got on scene. I am really glad noone was home there because it would have been a rough ride. In front of the house on the left, grass had been sucked out of the ground by a tornado vorticy.
Great video. I like how you got Rev Theory-Hell Yeah playing too lol. Great job at the end checking out to see if anyone's home/safe.

I got a good tornado that day too. Mine was up in Lane Co. Kansas. I seen the Fort Supply tornado in the newspaper. This is the first time I've watched this video. You got on a good one. Good job, especially dealing with those back roads.

Spectacular video, the time lapse of the roping out tornado hanging on at the end was the highlight for me. Great job!!
