C'mon! 134ng/ul??????? No way!!!!! With Qiagen kit? Make a double lysis (buffers are not limiting) and yields will be around 600-700 ng/ul...measured in a nanodrop...try it!
BTW, great video...I think we can make a worlwide contest...can we? I bet we here in Barcelona we can beat you...even if you don't believe it!!! :)
