Amtrak Ride 2010: Texas Eagle Day 2 MHL-SAS, Pt. 2

October 26, 2010: Day 2 of my Amtrak 2010 Texas Eagle excursion. Having just left Dallas, TX, the ride continues with a stop in Ft. Worth, then through Cleburne, across the Brazos river, McGregor, Temple, and Taylor, TX. After a stop in Austin and across the Colorado river, and after a beautiful sunset, ending the day in at San Antonio's Sunset Station.

@blc48183 I did that last time and found that I missed the train part of it when watching later. It seems from your 2 uploaded videos that you're more of an outdoors person than I am, so I can see how these videos might not work for you. For me, this was more about a train trip than a cross-country trip, so I tended to focus more on the trains and stations than the scenery.

I didn't know that the train still backs into some stations. At least in Fort Worth they still do.
