No the rubie's Vader is very high quality. The lenses in the mask are the only thing I did not care for, they fogged easily and were blurry. The rubie's stormtrooper costume is the one that is very flimsy and cheap. I think the vader was worth the cost.

Im really thinking about getting this, but Im only 12 and Im about 5 ft 3. Do you think the standard size would fit me without too much trouble?

The lenses... oh god. Definitely buying a better helmet also if I get this costume.

@drozdws6 Try using anti fog available at any local hardware store. Will fix the problem. Great costume BTW

@vader5445 But only with the right parts, check out my channel for a slightly better vader, tho i admitt have 3 rubies parts on it. But working on replacing them.

@drozdws6 hahah but its far from 501st Quality, it needs to be modded like hell to be accepted.

The belt and chest piece have no metal parts, u call that high quality? the gloves suck, they are thin and flimsy. The capes look good and so does the body suit. but the armor looks cheap and thin. But to me the overall look of it screams cheap and massed (prob bc it is used the most in vids n suff and got tired of seeing it.) Like i said the capes and body suit look good but with the right parts
