Alright but what happens when a 17 year old boy is hammered drunk and gets seriously pressured by a 14 year old girl, that is 3 years and 6 days younger than him, into having sex with her but does not actually penetrate. but he is the one that is getting charged with 3 different charges with in measure 11??????? oh! and the three charges add up to 26 years in prison... not very fair is it?... im not saying measure 11 is wrong, it just needs to be better thought out for people like this boy
