Music Meets Multitouch with Jordan Rudess from MacWorld 2011 - Part Four

This is part four of the Music Meets Multitouch session from MacWorld featuring Jordan Rudess, Keyboardist, Dream Theater, which took place Friday, January 28th / 2:00PM -- 3:00PM

Jordan Rudess is the keyboardist of the iconic hard rock band Dream Theater, which has sold over 10 million units. Rudess will take you on an exploration inside his unique sonic world and share his passion for making music on the iPad and iPhone. Since he first touched the iPhone, he has been involved in the development of ground-breaking and revolutionary music creation apps. In June 2010, he launched his own App Development company, Wizdom Music, whose first product, MorphWiz, was bestowed the honor of being named "Best Music Creation App" by Billboard Magazine just four months after its release .

Rudess will be performing some of his latest musical creations live on his iPad as well as performing on his cutting-edge keyboard technology.

@TheReclusiveVoice In this video, Jordan is running Omnisphere on a MacBook Pro, not on an iPad. MorphWiz-MIDI is just a MIDI instrument, and it will work with any MIDI synth. The other iPad app, Omni TR, is an iPad app that Spectrasonics made as a controller for Omnisphere.
