  • thanks captain

  • @tonysmith53214 I got an MRI and it showed that I have a small tear in my hip labrum. Anyways I eat lots of Vitamin C - rich food. Also taking magnesium citrate.

  • @TheNextProduction You're actually not supposed to do that, but that's how they teach medical personnel. In reality, you should listen to what your body wants ...

  • @moeali777 Do you take vitamin C?

  • @DjSRL71 You should probably go to the sub title/options mode. Also, why are you mad at the screen for the sub titles?

  • Hi, I pulled my right hip flexor and it went down through all my leg. It's 6 months later and I still have 'click' feeling not sound. Every doctor I go to says I'm healthy and strong for my age but I know there's something wrong. Please help.

  • Great video after i applied ice on my pulled muscle it hurt more?
