Local employees hired by global companies are no longer simply providers of labor but a pool of global human resources. Accordingly, there is a need to develop a plan for developing leadership and management centered around local employee. In addition, plans for placement and development to utilize locally-hired global talents are in desperate need. In this session, we will review the performance of locally hired workers and discuss methods of measuring global talents potential, reward and performance management systems to be implemented to acquire and maintain such global talents, and relevant success factors.
