Chef Arran Stark demonstrates cooking with asian greens at the Port Townsend Farmers Market. The demonstration highlights produce avaliable in the market by local organic farmers and promotes local farm products and growing the local economy which are the goals of the Slow Food movement. Arran presents a recipe with bokchoy and bacon. He can be seen every other weekend on Saturdays at the Port Townsend Farmers Market.
