In response to the "more info" on this video, the spider in the beginning of the video is the "bold" or "daring" jumping spider (phidippus audux) and jumping spiders typically only get to about a half an inch long so im doubting the two inch long spider you saw was actually a jumping spider at all.

The huge one I saw was about 2 or 3 inches (from pedipalps to spinneret) and it was a bold jumper with blue chelicerae like the one in the beginning of the video. It was the fastest, biggest spider I've ever seen! He was extremely nervous too.
The one with orange legs was about an inch (same way of measure), I know this because I kept it for a few weeks and measured it ^-^

that's insane then! the bold is definately considered one of the largest types of jumping spiders in america (and also one of the most common) but i've never heard of one getting that large! that's quite a find!

I was living in a newly developed housing area at the time, maybe I found something new! I should have took a picture of it. Usually I like to catch jumpers and keep them for a while (and take some pictures) instead of taking a picture first.
