Recycling Song - Persuasion Project

I made a simple song about recycling and how we should recycle more often.

Here are the lyrics:

I was walking down the hall
and saw someone finish their drink
It went in the trash and then I said
man, you gotta think

You see that purple bin over there
throw your bottle right in it
Every time you recycle
you help the world just a little bit

Landfills are filling up quickly
we gotta reduce our trash
Do your part by recycling
the world will thank you in a dash

We throw away trash all the time
like the earth is immune
This year the garbage trucks we fill
will stretch halfway to the moon

So listen to me
I'm telling you the truth
Recycle with me as much as you can
and we'll keep the earth in its youth
