@Siua1 after working at a debt collection agency, this is a ploy to get the person who they rang to ring them back. Once they have you on the phone they will verify that it is 'YOU' and then they will proceed with action to get the money back. It works wonderfully.

Debt collectors are not just scum who couldn't get some other type of work if they tried, but they are also TARDS, which is probably why nobody would hire them.
