Actually the throw was technically his best in the competition, said Pitkämäki. It just curved left and that happens sometimes in javelin throw. It's the jackass official's primitive fault, why put the long jumpers warming up area 80m away from the throw area and near the sector? And why there were no officials to warn anybody? Horrible irresponsibility from those Italian macaroni-officials!
