Glenn Beck on States Sovereignty. Stoners, Support This!!

Its actually up past 31 states. Weed smokers, support this because it will help to keep federal govt power in check and it will offer protection to marijuana dispensaries. This is the only issue that may be more important than marijuana law because this would untie the hands of states and let them make said laws without fear.

10th Amendment

Nope, many people believe that the federal government is overstepping its power..

And one of the major issues is marijuana laws..

In my understanding, the confederates were about fighting federalism..

Though we may not be TRYING to pull away from the union..It still would make a decent symbol, since were fighting the POWER of federalism :)

But the ignorance of it being PURELY racism, would probably make it a poor marketing symbol...

Its just a warning for them to back off on the things of which it tries to do that infringe on the rights of the state as granted by the constitution. Wasn't it the federal branch with nixon and reagan that are responsible for the current drug war? They overstepped the constitution there too and must be put in check before we can truly change the marijuana law. 32 states would be hard to ignore.
