i tried, some pictures are working, some are don't, i dont know why !

@adarkershadeofbrown: Honestly to edit those type of photos, it would only take a couple min. I would assume u wouldn't be mass producing Tilt-Shift photos. The quality loss would only be significant if u are printing in huge sizes; which I don't think the "average" person would be doing.
As far cameras go, I wouldn't know. But for lenses, I would suggest a Canon 90mm 2.8 or 17mm 4.0 for landscapes. They will run about $2000 tho.
Cheaper option is lensbabies; but we have never used those...

@epiem I guess I don't want to spend alot of time editing and don't want to lose picture quality. So I take it that buying a camera that already has it is better. Do you know of any cameras models that do?

@adarkershadeofbrown: A camera that does this type of photography will have a better end product. The blur will look realistic and the photo will not be damaged by editing resulting in a higher quality image (for large scale printing purposes/stock photography).
However, It is more difficult to take/get your intended shot if time constraints.
In the end, it comes down to the tool you have available at the time of the shot.

There are already some cameras that let you do that such as canon a2200. What's teh diffeent between the cameras effect and this one done in photoshop?

Thats a good question, and to be honest, I'm not sure. I've tried to do it in Fireworks but it was hard, and only performed it in Photoshop. But not sure if Photoshop elemtns 8 have the features needed to pull this off.
