Beer Tasting - PeiHomeBrewer's beers

PeiHomeBrewer sent me two of his home brews that he made using Cooper's products. He is an experienced home brewer, with limited access to raw ingredients, and therefore knows how to work with kits to bring them up a level from just plain "Kit & Kilo" methods.

@thegentlearts I could I guess. It's pretty easy. You take the old one out, and replace it with a matching unit. You put the wires in the same place. They usually just slide on and off the terminals. Cheers!

after bottling the beer, how long should I wait till I can drink it.. The longer the better no doubt.. any advise would be good....

Craig AG Tube.. GETTERRR-DONE ! ...TSA.... not from you know who.... your AG ready to brew, you know more then basic brewing from a can, extract and mini mash. i'd go AG brewing in 10gal batches, ur cost will not dbl'ed and with a few oz's of different grains, hops or yeast you'll have 2 different 5gal beers. i'd recommend not buying equipment for 5gal AG brewing and spend a few more $ and get a 10gal set up.. i wish i would have, 10gal batch only take a little more time and $....... BREW ON !

Get yourself a cheap mash tun. You can make one with a couple of buckets and some insulation material. Any questions, give me a ring.
