the problem is servers think they are valuable people and aren't worthy of having their time wasted, what arrogance, you're a server, you want money do something else with your life and at least be glad you have a job don't expect people who are already paying more than enough money on the food to pay you extra, i could go to the kitchen and myself and get my own food, your job is unnecessary, i'm glad i live in a country where tipping isn't as demanded

@TheTardisNamedSexy except thats not the case, thats BS that waiters and waitresses lie about to be assured tips, you're only taxed on tips you tell the fucking IRS! i know because ive worked with waitresses and my mother was one for years, the point remains its assumed they're getting tipped because people like you force intelligent people to pay extra to idiots for nothing extra! if they're great with no expectation of a tip then they actually deserve one, this bitch and the 99% of others dont

@chatanwarrior You do realize that waiters and waitresses do NOT get paid minimum wage, don't you? They get paid less on the assumption that they are going to be tipped and they also get taxed, not for what they ACTUALLY get tipped, but for what the IRS THINKS they will get tipped. I'm not a waitress and never have been, but I always give 15-20% for tips. It's just the right thing to do.
