This is eighth part of N (work in progress camera wise etc, bear with me, peeps) of my current (as of 3rd/4th quarter of 2007) yoga workout.

I know: long, uneventful i.e. boring but I want to communicate It... I'm in the 15-30+ breaths range depending on asana und stuff (flow is taken from B.K.S. Iyengar's "Light on Yoga. Yoga Dipika" with some personal idiosyncrasies).

This video shows Prasarita-padottanasana I.

For now you can enjoy the birds ;-) or not (summer's over and not even the wind... blue, sunsetish sky?) but I may (sometime or never) add voice-over with my impressions about doing Yoga the little I know of it from my limited personal "studies".

It's all about breathing (through your nose - constantly, never hold the breath). I can not stress that hard enough. Secondly do not push your body beyond the discomfort level, feel it, work it, energize it without movement. Little by little the effort pays back, slowly. It's the way and I have hardly begun.

Disclaimer: if you do something to yourself following this "shit" the dis-pleasure is all yours!
