Steuben County DA Botches Case Where 8 year old girl was sexually Assaulted.

Excellent reporting on a terrible situation. No justice for an 8 year old girl who was sexually assaulted by a man in his 30's. He gets off scott free on a plea bargain with a conditional discharge and a 5 year order of protection for the victim.

What is happening in the DA's office in Steuben County, NY? The ADA that made this gross error admits his mistakes in a letter, but look at how he acts with the reporter. This egregious behavior needs to be seen worldwide so maybe, just maybe, some personel and policy changes will be made here in Steuben County New York as well as other places where justice is bought and sold.

As you see in the video, the now 14 year old victim is speaking out. She and her Mom want to use their overwhelming feelings to maybe change laws and help others in the same boat. Please remember that when you comment. Also please remeber that there is physical evidence that was ignored. Not a he said/she said thing. Lets not post troll like nonsense.
