Early video of Giana Returns for Apple AppStore

Here you can see a video of my upcoming release of Giana Returns to Apple AppStore. Giana Returns is a project I recently joined that brings the classic C64 action platformer feel...and soon it will be playable on your iPhone & iPod Touch! This video gives a good feeling of the art style and gameplay involved. I've kept this video short and sped through an early level as to not give away any spoilers.

The control scheme is "to be determined" but multitouch is working very well at this point, and it's actually fairly easy to play even without an overlay for controls. I'm considering a 3/4 fullscreen and have controls on the sides as to not have fingers over potential gameplay.

Not sure about Nintendo. But this is aiming to be a *free* release.

I've never found any side-scroller platformer functions well on iPhone or iPod Touch. I'd rather stick to the Pandora for this one :)
