Homemade LCD Tablet Screen

A homemade LCD tablet screen my brother made for me to fiddle around on.
My Bamboo Pen tablet is on the bottom, with a laptop LCD screen without the metal in the middle and a sheet of glass on top to protect the LCD.
I was only able to draw on the parts of the LCD that was directly on top of the tablet censor.
The size was about 3x6 inches in the middle.
You can build a full size one by getting a bigger tablet. This was only a test, but was still very cool! :)

@DARKcpu0 You can, but it will be horribly imprecise and lack pressure sensitivity. You'd also need to find an infrared laser pointer, and those aren't as common as the standard red ones.

You can do this with a wiimote, some program to use the wiimote on your screen, a usb thingy to connect the wiimote to the computer, and a laser pointer. :|

you need to go get a sheet of glass cut to the same size of the screen and mount the whole thing in a wood frame that can be tilted up to about a 45 degrees to make it easier to draw and stuff.. this could be an awesome item to have. Good job!!!
