Hmmm, well i am an NPC National Bikini Athlete and i didn't make it there by dancing around. As a matter of fact, it's a bad idea because behind the scenes at every show I've done all us girls were instructed to not "dance and prance" around because it's a physique competition, not a dance competition or wet t-shirt type of event, its professional. sure you'll get the judges attention, but not with points next to your name. instead judges will be thinking "oh brother..."
