This is the Runescape minigame "All Fired Up" completed in 7 minutes, 40 seconds. I could have done slightly better, maybe 5-10 seconds, but it will give you the basic idea. I used regular logs just to prove it could be done, but willows are cheaper, so that should save you a bit of money you might have spent on yews for this (requires 280 logs, must load beforehand).
I just had to break my previous time after re-evaluating several routes.
I decided using the Lunar spellbook with spellswap would allow me to take advantage of the Ice Plateau spell as well as Trollheim Teleport. I only had 92 magic at the time I made this video, but it's enough to magic pot up to 96.

@omgadivine It's just the keeper requirement, for the information about other beacons, not necessary.

I used magic in those high-level wilderness beacons, and they burned off like in 10 minutes. :|

Do you have to have 20 logs to fill the beacons?

Yes. It's rather a pain to get one, you may as well do a ring of duelling to Fist of Guthix now. This video is a tad old tele-wise ;)

Notice from 3:23 to 3:27 I used spellbook swap, hence I was only on normal magic for those seconds.

No. I think regular logs stay lit about 12 or 14 minutes. It's just a personal challenge.
