Cost effectiveness has a price, are they really downsizing ? or are they simply trying to be more efficient in difficult financial times. Ms is downsizing big time to, Dell the same, all those massive American corporation can no longer waste money as they have done up to now

Event was canceled last year b/c economic meltdown.

Event and price were downsized based on customer feedback.

No question Novell has reduced costs.  The fact is, however, that margins and cash are up.
