Lotta Iverstrand has lived in Edinburgh, Scotland, since 1999 and is now an honorary Scot despite her Swedish upbringing. She has developed a real love of the culture, people and curry houses in Edinburgh and particular enjoys eating out at curry houses with her friends and boyfriend.
Lottas currinary enthusiasm is so extreme that she cooks curry at home around five times a month and even entered Come Dine With Me to showcase her talents. She even travelled to India for four months simply to taste curry both in North and South India; commenting in particular on the creamy texture of curries in the North and hot and spicy nature of curries in the South.
Having captured culinary experiences from India, Lotta created her own curry in much the same manner as celebrity chef Anjum Anand!
