When my sister and I were little girls this was pretty much our trademark song...we would sing it over and over and then, perform for our family...When we went to visit our grandparents in Kentucky we would just sing and sing this ole tune...Mom and Dad introduced us very early on to all of their favorites...and, The McGuire Sisters were definitely in their collection...love those memories.
This is my first experiment to import photos and video...these photos and video was taken on July 5, 2009...Mom has worked diligently in her yard for years...no telling how many hundreds of hours and thouSands of weeds...her yard is one of the prettiest sights on her street...I love walking around her yard..It has just gotten prettier each year...
It was so funny about the little wooden hummingbird..I was waiting and waiting for the wind to spin his wings..and, had just about given up...it was like the wind was teasing me...but, when it happened..I thought the little guy was going to get airborne...lol
It is my hope that someone will hear this and have a sentimental journey...and, that our childrens' children will have an opportunity to hear it for the first time...
Thank you, YouTube for so much space to remember and express..
Good video background, and a good version of the Mcquire Sisters song as well --- good posting.

It's actually called "Sugartime," but I love this song, too. :)
