Coming in late, talking on the phone loudly outside the classroom and intupting a class in progress are all examples of why this is a disruptive student.

This is not a disruptive student...disruptive students throw themselves in the floor and drop books and binders on the floor and shout while the teacher is talking...

You really haven't seen a disruptive strudent. The 'disruptive student' was no where near a disruptive student. The first reaction from a disruptive student would be "F... Off, don't pick on me, I can't stay behind"
