  • The instruction says neck relaxed but im getting serious neck pain from this one, any tips? because if i relax my neck gravity pulls my head down.

  • @janfolkertsma IF YOU GET NECK PAIN WHILE DOING THIS EXERCISE THEN TRY TO FOCUS WITH YOUR EYES ON ONE PLACE ON ONE DOT ON THE WALL AND DO NOT MOVE THE EYES OR THE NECK WHILE DOING THIS EXERCISE (Sorry for caps i just wanted as much people to read it,that helped me too :) )

  • ok i have been doing the 8 minutes abs workout one now for 3 days it says do it 3 times every week ,and i am amaze how my abdominal's are working it hurts but that is the only way u can tell, and my neck in the first day hurt but not to extreme pain.today it went away and i noticed it did not hurt as much it did in the first day.the muscles will tighten up.so for those who are complaining of the neck muscle hurting..don't worry by the 3rd day it should go away.

  • workouts with angled necks really pains my neck especially at first. The only thing to lessen the neck gravity is to press in your chin close to your upper chest or add a bit of angle to your shoulders to focus more pressure to your abs.

    Relaxing neck benefits your neckmuscles and better, working with it is hard though like your head is getting heavier and heavier afterwards.

  • To help combat neck pain, the only tip i can give you is, to press your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

    This helps stabilize your neck / head

  • @janfolkertsma its what happens at frist, but after certain amount of times your neck will grow muscle tissue to substain and matain the uper spinol structure, so you wont feel much neck pain, i been doing gym excerises for 2 year's now i went from 21 stones to 14stones now heading ytowards 12. trust in 3 4 weeks you'll gain muscle. hey i'm man so you learning something ;)
