This was performed in a clearcut in an area called the Hole. It is not in the forest specifically being fought over at the time, but in the same area. Its maybe 10-15 kms back towards Port Alberni from the where the highway meets the west coast and splits in two (to go to either Tofino or Ucluelet). Just off of the highway. They had visited the actual protest site previous to performing for all of us.

@mattblia always interesting to hear how people perceive bass when it's suddenly upfront like it is here (possibly because Martin is duplicating it on guitar?). Nobody's off key here, but it doesn't match our memories; real live mixes are like that :)
