My ON/OFF mug I bought about 6 months ago is now turning pink instead of white O_o Why is this?

could you please tell me wether the overall quality of the mug is good? i mean would you buy it again (or just buy it yourself in case it was a present)?
Also the pictures on the website show the mug completly white on the upper edge but in your video it stops getting white after some time. will it become completly white or not?
Would be nice if you told me...would help me out on the decision whter to buy it for gf or not :)

It will go totally white on those parts that the heat goes. It goes almost immediately white on those parts that are "in touch" with hot liquid. But bottom takes couple of minutes to change colour. Handlebar wont go totally white as the handle bar will never be hot enough.
You will also have to be quite careful when washing the mug (hitting it togheter with other mugs while washing will damage it).
Still I would totally buy this again (this mug was a christmas present for myself).
