  • Good luck with the 30 day shred! I'm really curious about it, be sure to update us on how it's going :) Yay, I'm so excited all the sudden, we can totally do this!

  • @Jenlovespretty As soon as I actually start the 30 day shred I will totally let you know> (Ah, that is so embarrassing:) I'm gonna do it at least once this week.

  • I'm so happy to see you in this challenge!! I use all my weekly points on the weekends too and do super good during the week and it works great for me... But i weigh myself on Friday's because I typially gain like 5 lbs over the weekend LOL Good luck in this challenge, you will do GREAT!!!

  • @2fabfromfat Yeah I know I was late but I still want to follow along. I felt like we all got to know each other better in the NYHC. And it totally motivated me to stay on track.
