yes, because actually using economic data, and referring to the constitution is evil. the CATO institute makes their points with reason and with evidence, compared to politicians who use emotion and personal bias. Did you miss the part where they mention how for 2 years obama said it WASNT a tax, and now hes claiming it is? who's the real liar
