There are even more stronger and more sophisticatwed systems being developed in Korea. Samsung is the world
's most powerful company; more than 2,500 Ph.D's work there day and night.

If I'm designing such robot, I would build the gun section and camera section separately.

make the camera section as small as possible, so it is very hard for the enemy to see.

and make the gun section hidden, and only pop out from its hidden compartment when it is ready to shoot at something.

Yeah, but it being a guarding robot it probably help´s if the gun is visible, because it scares idots of. Imagine all those silly idots not knowing of this system and try to break in somewhere and then getting shot. Cleaning up that mess would be nasty.

for that, I think you can place a dummy robot, like dummy cameras.

so that intruders can see it from a distance, and assume it is the real thing,
and enemy snipers will try to distroy the dummy, when the real thing is hidden and well protected.

and when the enemy approaches after distroying the dummy and assume everything is safe. the real sentry will pop out from its hidden compartment and kill the intruder.

etc, etc, etc...

Yeah, for military use, of course. But for private use that would be overkill.

yes... like hiding small cameras around the scene and also like you said, hiden guns making it almost impossible for snipers in a distance to damage the machine's targeting systems
