One thing I rather dislike about the community is how exactly the Gay Pride Parades have been handled in the past. When each one is on par with Mardi Gras, we kind've lose a major part of the crowd. Not saying stop them, but can we start having some that don't have nudity? :( We'd get the message across faster if it was just a bunch of normal LGBT individuals just walking down the street. We can just shift everything explicit to a gay Mardi Gras. :)

To add to my previous comment: not everyone in society is able to 'think outside the box' as you and me can. Unfortunately, for a lot of people your points go way beyond their imagination. That's not to sound condescending but rather to say that many gays as well as straights might not feel comfortable with your arguments. How, then, promote them?

Actually, as a guy guy myself, I tend to agree with the points you share with us. Yes, as a gay guy myself, because this might seem a futile discussion that ignores the real world. Many still hold negative views about homosexuality. Take it small steps at a time to make those people familiar with it. If this involves 'love is love' and gay penguins, so be it if acceptance eventually comes with it. Clearly, those arguments don't fall flat outside the gay movement or else they wouldn't be here.
