Yes you can use your fists but if doesnt score as many points, and you would have to get closer and take the risk of getting kicked on the way out. And below the waist and the neck and back is not allowed.

omfg, i live in aussie and its is so hard to find a good class close to home... it looks so fun but my balls would get a beating >.> my poor kids

i do taekwondo and i can say that its' one ofthe best disciplines i've ever learnt.. You can learn a lot of thing that are very useful in the life,

seen this chris guy post before thunder, he comes on tells how great his style is how one of his students take on 15 bad guys and wins. Then if you disagree with him he starts with the name calling crap. Show's insecurity in his art and imaturitty on his part. you will notice he will not come to your school and back up what he is saying. He challenges but when you acept the challenge and ask him to come and prove it he backs down. always with an excuse and then personal attacks.

i agree with this but also its a little too harsh man #5 of the real ITF(real TKD) oaths is to make a more pieceful world
