I doubt it was fake... The reason being is if you will notice, there is a few seconds overlap. They switched camera angles. BTW, I have a fainting disorder, and you are only out for a few seconds. Normally, I'm only out for about 2 seconds or so... Mine is because the blood stops going to my brain and I faint, and hers is similar. I know that because she has talked about it happening before, usually after she worked out.

Oh yeah, it's totally real. Whenever I faint, I rearrange my leg into a more flattering position upon hitting the floor. Bitch, I faked fainting when I was in ninth grade, but you're a grown-ass woman.

I honestly think it was fake and staged. Look at her left leg at 0:58. She moves it...which you can't do if you faint and are unconscious. When you faint, you don't usually collapse that way. It's more likely that you would be flat on the ground and not curled up in a fetal position.

You can tell she was having trouble catching her breath--tight costume, dehydration, losing weight quickly and too much excitement makes anybody a prime candidate to faint.
