Alex Clare - Too Close (Globix mashup live @ Amsterdam FM)

My good friends Alain Rutaganda (better known as the rapper in the Jamie Woon remix) and Rubis Benat were hosting the first hour of Casual Friday on Amsterdam FM this last Queens Night and asked me to perform on their show.

Yun and I collaberated to create this mash up of The White Stripes' "Fell In Love With A Girl" and Alex Clare's monster hit "Too Close". I love experimenting with new styles and backing tracks and producing stuff these days and this was a great way of incorporating live guitar and vocals with some heavy dubstep influenced bass lines!

The guest (third man from the left) is the marketing head of Extrema (the huge festivals in Holland and this year also in Norway and Belgium) and he liked the music!! Was pretty excited about that haha.

By the way, Alex Clare was granted credit as well as The White Stripes before we started playing the song but I just cut out the middle part so you can get to the music faster. ;)
