Making ryebread. It is dark scandinavian bread, that has several proven positive healthy effects. Even if rye flours carbonhydrate level is 60 % (end product with water, 35 %), it has sugar only 1,2 % and has fibers as much as 15 % of its netweight. Those things make the ryebread suitable for low carb people, if done by not adding sugar and wheat, as it is the case in most of the commercial products. I made this video in case someone else also has had enaugh of buying processed industrial bread with E suppliments, yeast, wheat flours and sugar. Making ryebread is easy and simple, as I will show you on this video. As I have discovered, self made bread costs only 25 % of what the bread costs in the foodstores. So, there are several benefits by doing ryebread by yourself.
