To all HM/RF fans: The newest "HM" game is now being localized by XSEED. However, likely because Natsume has rights to the name "Harvest Moon", the game is being called Story of Seasons. It is still Harvest Moon, just with a different name. For anyone familiar with RF4, you know that XSEED does very high quality localizations. They also do not censor their games, so if it's in the Japanese version, it will be in the English version. Basically, XSEED will do a very good job with this game. So I know some people may be upset by the name change, or the fact that Natsume is not localizing the game, but please do give the game a chance.
Now on to the normal video description:
(Sorry about the random lighting changes. YouTube tried to automatically fix the lighting and I accidentally accepted it and can't revert it.)
Basically, on Fall 31, just give cooked desserts, like pudding, to people. You have to give one to one of the kids (Toni, Niko, Hina, your child if you have one) in order to actually see the candy house building event though.
After giving out desserts, if you gave one to at least one kid, enter your house between 3-5pm to trigger the event.
The number of people you give desserts to will change the size of the candy house. According to UNoT (http://fogu.com/hm11/events/fall-fest...
1-10 villagers results in a small house.
11-20 results in a medium one.
21+ results in a large one.
I think I had a medium sized house here. I think I gave out desserts to everyone I have unlocked, unless I missed someone.
I talked to Klaus because I find his dialogue hilarious since he hates candy (plus I just find Klaus amusing in general because of his personality). Neil is fun to talk to as well. He kept talking about how sweets give him heartburn.
Talking to all the villagers would have taken too much time though (they each have 5 different dialogues), so I just stuck with Klaus and Allen for the video.
