I made that crankstarting pully from a pnuematic trolley wheel's rim. worked out perfect utilising the threaded holes provided for use with a flywheel puller.

haha yea unfortunatly not... this is because the carby is still running the factory engine governor (an assortment of springs and crankshaft governor), if i went direct link to the butterfly the respose would probably improve.
