  • You know I lose more weight without the 8 glasses of water. I have decided to drink when my body tells me I need it. I believe the 8 glasses a day is completely arbitrary. But sometimes I need 64 oz or more, most times I don't. I am sorry about the layoff, that happened to me after Sept 11. I never went back to corporate America. :) I wish you continued success and I think you have a great attitude. Have a great week, from Sherry!

  • LOL "Heresy!" Hehe

Sorry to hear about your work, especially at this time of the year. I have a friend that is expecting to loose her job at the new year. I'll be praying for all of you. Your view of this is so positive. Keep up your hope, dear, things will clear for you soon.

  • I always look at it as next week will be even more impressive. Hehe

When I'm working out I need way more water than what is recommended. I use to drink very little & even that was never pure H2O. Now I easily get in 100+ oz. When not working out I am fine with the 64 oz (& possibly less) but when working out I will get dehydrated if I only get in that much. Where you live has a lot to do with it too.

  • Great job on the loss, .5 is still good, at least you didn't gain.

I am sorry to hear that you loss your job, I am sure another door is about to open for you. Just do what you do and don't lose your trust in God.
