Ryan Martinie: thumb vs Thumb?

Okay i made some montage of 2 videos, both are stolen from warwick :P Not that im proud i seriously had to get this rare footage of ryan playin together :D hope its not that copyrithed ^^ First video is from the "fuss in the bus" video where ryan is on a bus with other legends of bass who play warwick and other is taken from warwicks facebook profile :P

PS: there was no real sounds for ryan's playing at the beginning intro :C

Man i love Ryan's playing so much. He still remains an inspiration to me. Why? Because he is so versatile. He plays everything, from metal to jazz and funk. He is absolutely gifted at what he does and proves that metal has total room for serious and intricate bass work. You can't diss on ryan .no matter your opinion of mudvayne you have to give props to him .So curious bout his side project

I'm concerned about Mudvayne with Greg & Chad saying they're doing Hellyeah for 2 more years. I hope Ryan & Matt can hold out. That's quite a lousy deal for the rhythm section from hell. Those two are just great together and Ryan has my vote as one of the best players in metal. He's loud in the mix and cuts through the layered guitars and drums. Hellyeah sounds more like "Kid Rock Metal" that's old and tired and already done over and over!
