  • What an excellent video. It is a terrible tragedy that it took a fatality to bring this about. I sincerely hope that food businesses and the enforcement community will make use of this. I will certainly make use of it in food safety training. Together with the recent guidance on the prevention of cross-contamination from the FSA and an appropriate approach to enforcement by EHOs and other regulators, hopefully prevent a similar situation from occurring again. -Matthew Morris (EHP)

  • Great video. Want to try and incorporate it my my REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene training course. Well done

  • Agree that this is a great video, presented by butchers for butchers. I hope the advice is well received by the trade and standards of food safety continue to improve. Well done FSA and all those involved.

  • A Superbly made video! Excellent support material in plain English, which I will have no hesitation in recommending to my clients when working on Food Safety projects.
