Well done Matthew this is (in my humble opinion)by far the best clip I've seen you post on you tube. Congratulations on getting your students to improve their Shaolin basics. Your Qi gong was really good to watch. Keep spreading the happiness :-)

i think they don`t learn it from doing a lot of headstands a day

but perhaps in their past life they learned headflips

I really like the loud kid - he was good front and centre, but also entertaining afterward!

(He yelled and scrambled away when you came out to perform the break, and then again when he came up for his certificate...love his energy.)

did my 3rd grade in pin san kuen wing chun last friday... but these kids are so much better than me :D

they seem to enjoy this and they get some good health out of it!
