OK, let me clear this up. I am a fluent Japanese speaker, but my Japanese will never be as good as her's because she IS JAPANESE. That is a Japanese accent. Her English is fake though, sometimes her fluent English comes through, but broken English is cute!

for the info; the guy was speaking, or at least trying to speak in French. He got a bad accent, so even I had a hard time realising it was french.
