@fingersnospig Do you think I could jam my dog in the seat? Perhaps if I broke her legs first?

@daedalx Honda used to be big in Taiwan a long time ago. But Taiwan Honda and Japan Honda had a civil war. And Taiwan Honda was cut off from Japan. So Taiwan Honda split down the middle and became two new scooter companies....SYM and Kymco.

@matao87 Yeah, the U.S. model doesn't have the engine standby feature. The engine standby feature saves some gas, but 85+ MPG is good enough, even without the engine standby feature.

Its been on golf carts for years. And as long as you maintain the engine you are all set. If the maintenance is sloppy, have fun with that...

I wouldn't be surprised if it was made illegal.
this isn't new technology at all, my friends have a very old golf cart that does the same thing.

@ACoustaDC It doesn't do the "same" thing. I'm sure it does something similar but if you check the links the technology is NEW.

@13mordeth The link says that it is new to 125cc class scooters and there is an atterisk next to that. You don't even wash your own bike and you want to argue motorcycle technology with someone who hasn't spent a dime on MC repair in 10 years. You spend more time in an MC shop than I spend on my lift. The 2009 mazda3 uses the same technology exactly including repositioning the piston only they call it SISS.. or smart idle stop system..Not invented by honda, just used it on a scoot.

@ACoustaDC Well it's new for scooters. And I'm guessing the old golf carts didn't re-position the piston like the Mazda and Honda do...right?
