yeah I know it's the middle of winter and cold and windy. but yes it needs to be outside. and yeah it is super scary that is why i don't let any one else around it at all. if i get myself and take off a finger that's ok it's all on me at that point. But I for sure don't want to hurt anyone else. Not that i want to hurt myself, but I have weighed out the risk. A lawn mower will take off a finger too, but dumb a** people use them every day. lol
