Head: OmegaShoutmon's circle part on his back
Right Shoulder: ZekeGreymon's lower body and Ballistamon's Head
Left Shoulder: OmegaShoutmon's armor and Dorulumon's head
Main Body: Shoutmon X3's body with a golden V instead of red V
Right Leg: ZekeGreymon's armor and helmet
Left Leg: Dorulumon's body
Wings: Sparrowmon and ZekeGreymon ones
Sparrowmon's body is attached like a lasergun on left arm and Starmons forms the giant mic.

@ISlapYouBitch Quit whining about change, every season of digimon have been very different. Its great that they explore new concepts and don't stay to the same thing over and over like Pokemon do. At least you get new stuff to look foward to every season, the rules change every time so you always get that feeling of discovery.

Shame. He's the first protagonist Digimon I actually liked. Was more than the "I'm your partner with no other goal" that the others tended to be.

@geniusbob I don't think that the levels affect the amount of digimon, And I know the horns are smaller and stuff, but I just.. don't like Shoutmon!

The lack of levels allowed for a greater diversity of Digimon used. Best thing to happen in a while. The only one that really started pushing it was accessories was X7, and Omegamon was linked to Shoutmon since the first episode.
As for the head thing, the horns are smaller, the eyes different, and all it shares is the facemask. Thats just typical Digimon style and more than Shoutmon use it.

@geniusbob Super different, not only final forms are mecha, no levels anymore, the robots are fucking full of crappy accessories and weapons. what pissed me off is that one of shoutmon's forms has Omnimon's head.

@MasterNabbie You need to get a HD RAW with an excelent encode. I use Sony Vegas to cut and render.
