Robert de Visée: Courante. My arrangement for 10-course lute. The music can be found in http://www.cs.helsinki.fi/u/wikla/mus/own/deVisee/. The lute is "Andreas Berr, Vienna,1699" by Stephen Barber 1986. Arto Wikla 10.9.2008.
Arto- How did you get involved with early music? As you can probably see I've been watching your videos lately. I grew up playing violin and guitar, but I was always most fascinated by late renaissance. On the other hand, I can't believe how expensive a hobby it is!! Could you give me some insights on getting started on a budget, since I see from your webpage that this is something you do on the side. Thanks!
